Step 2: Technical Survey

Once you accept our quotation, we will be sending a technical expert to your place to take exact measurements. The expert will address any of your concerns regarding the execution phase. In case there is a need for any third-party approvals including local council, we will be taking care of it on your behalf. During the entire process, we will keep you updated.

Step 3: Manufacturing in Britain

After the planning and approvals stage, we will shift towards the manufacturing of your doors or windows. We will give special attention to your specifications so that it installs in a perfect manner. We procure the finest materials to deliver you the best products. Most of the manufacturing is done in Britain however we do source some of our products from outside. We follow a strict quality discipline when choosing suppliers from outside.

Step 4: Installation

Now, the next stage is installation. Once the manufacturing is done, our team will get in contact with you to finalise the date and time for installation. Our highly skilled team will reach on the agreed time and will fit your products with due diligence. Our team will make sure that the installation is neat and clean.

Step 5: After-sales Services

Once everything is done, we will provide you with a guarantee regarding the product and the installation. We will also give you a FENSA certificate. We believe that our job is not done yet so we do have a dedicated after-sales team that will be there for you in case you want to make any adjustments.
